I was wondering so much which quilt you were making I went back through your posts to see -- Quilted Diamonds - I have that book! just haven't used it, after I got done with two dear Janes I had to take a break from quilts with such tiny pieces in them :)
Karen, I posted a comment on your blog but will answer here too. Yes it is from Quilted Diamonds 2. I did a Dear Jane and a Sylvia's Bridal Sampler back to back by machine. They each took 11 months to complete. That was about 3 or 4 years ago. This is my first attempt at hand piecing. I love hand applique and quilting. I am enjoying the hand piecing much more then I did the machine piecing.

which quilt is this for? hand piecing? that center sure is tiny - reminds me of the tiny pieces in my Dear Jane quilts!!
