Slow Stitching Sunday - Still plugging away

I am still hand quilting on grandson's quilt. I have reached the middle and a little more now. I was concerned that the quilting I had done in the hoop in the center would need to be redone when I reached it in the frame, but it is great! So onward to the end! Maybe, just maybe I will finish before his birthday!

Here is a link to some other slow stitching Sunday posts! enjoy! thanks Kathy!

I love that quilt and the fleur de lis quilting pattern. Glad that you didn't have to undo the quilting you'd done in the hoop.

Thanks everyone! The back of the quilt is saints football helmets as he loves them. The musical fabric is because he loves band and plays 3 different saxaphones! The green is from his high school colors, green, white and black! I have been stitching all afternoon and was able to crank down once so far, and maybe able to crank again before the night is done! slow and steady wins the race!
